The brief
This concept treats Mondragon as an industrial services business with a word-of-mouth reputation and an underpowered site: stock photos, weak proof of work, and a contact form that does not qualify leads. The direction asks what the site would need to feel worth calling.
The constraint: no marketing team, no dedicated copywriter, and the owner answering phones. Everything had to run on its own.
Concept direction
A dark, copper-accented site direction built around trust signals: job photography, service-line breakdowns with honest scope language, and a quote intake flow that routes by trade and region.
The form does the qualifying work, residential versus commercial, repair versus new install, service area, so the business receives clearer requests instead of vague inquiries.
Design decisions
Dark industrial aesthetic. Most HVAC sites default to white and blue. We went the other way: near-black backgrounds, copper (#C2784F) as a warm, tactile accent. The palette communicates premium before a word is read.
Copper as conversion colour. Every CTA, the quote button, the call link, the hover state, uses the same copper. It trains the eye to know where action lives.
Typography: Clash Display + Satoshi. Clash Display at uppercase, tight tracking gives the brand the authority of industrial signage. Satoshi handles body copy, legible, contemporary, fast to skim.
Photography hierarchy. The concept foregrounds crew and equipment over office stock. Visitors hiring for industrial work want to see operational competence.
Why it improves conversions
A quote form that pre-qualifies reduces low-intent inquiries. Routing by service line means the request can reach the right context immediately. A persistent emergency CTA and a warm copper action color make the path to contact obvious without inventing production metrics.
