Permissions
Better HN requests access to news.ycombinator.com exclusively to modify the page presentation. This permission is used solely to improve how you read Hacker News. No data from these pages is transmitted outside your device.
Local Storage
The extension may store your preferences (theme, font size, layout) in your browser's local storage. This data never leaves your device.
Third Parties
Better HN does not integrate with any third-party services, analytics platforms, or advertising networks.
Changes
If this policy changes in a material way, we will update the version in the Chrome Web Store and reflect the date above.
