How we handle
your data.

Public site
Scope
This policy covers hane.studio, the public studio site. It explains what the site collects when you browse it or send an enquiry, and who processes that data.
hane studio's Chrome extensions are covered by a separate policy, linked at the bottom of this page.
What we collect
If you use the contact form, we collect what you enter: your name, email address, an optional company or project name, the project type, budget range, and timeline you select, and your message.
The site uses privacy-friendly, cookieless analytics to count visits and measure performance. This data is aggregate and does not identify you. Your IP address is processed momentarily to rate-limit the form against spam, and is not stored.
Why we use it
Enquiry details are used for one purpose: to read your message and reply. We do not add you to a mailing list, and we do not sell, rent, or share your data for advertising.
Services we rely on
Contact-form messages are delivered by email through Resend. The site is hosted on Vercel, which also provides the aggregate analytics and performance measurement. Each service processes data only to provide that function.
Retention and your choices
Enquiry emails stay in our inbox so we can follow up. You can ask us to delete your message and details at any time. Aggregate analytics retain no personal data.
To request access to, or deletion of, your data, email us using the address below.
